LM3508: Could you tell me about LM3508?

My customer is currently using the LM3508.

My customer have question on this device, please let me teach.

My customer is supplying the power in the same way as the application example of the datasheet, the DIM terminal is set to Low, but the LED glows a little.

I received this question and confirmed the internal circuit diagram, we have assumed as follows (Described in red letters).

＜Question＞

Is there a route to sink current (about mA) from the ILED terminal other than my assumption?

    The LM3508 will have some low current offsets due to the amplifier offset voltage being impressed across the current setting resistor.  Only thing to ensure 0 current is to bring the enable input low.

    However, since I do not understand how to flow concretely, can you tell me with using the circuit diagram shown in the datasheet?
    (Circuit diagram："Using as what pasted in posting” is OK！)
