Can anyone inform us possible SDRV-pin drive current or gate charge?

    Hello Yoshwa,

    SDRV is powered by the VCC regulator so it's drive capability is limited by the VCC current limit minus the current to drive the switching FETs. So the average current it can supply is:

    48mA - (Qg(high) * Fsw + Qg(low) * Fsw)

    The average current required of it depends on the FET and the PWM frequency. That will be Qg(dim) * Fpwm.
