TPS61196: TPS61196 with DC dimming

Hi, 

we do the DC dimming circuit that from Ti BU, and we found the TPS61196 cannot be shunting-down when the LED current is adjusted under 9mA around with analog dimming. (TPS61196 fault pin will bw high)

is there any idea if I want to the dimming current down to 0mA with analog dimming.
