Hello Ted,

The internal switch has a typical on-resistance of 241 ohms. The /FLT pin was meant to be an indicator of a fault to be read by either a micro-processor or other circuit. What are you intending to use it for and how much load are you planning on placing on it? Example; 1 mA would mean it could only pull down to 0.241V typical.

I know this and does it have a maximum sink current limit? It's a question from customer, they use it do fault indicator through a resistor connecting to Vref. They wanted to know the specific max current through this FLT pin.

Hello,

Part is tested with 0.150 volts for rdson spec. 0.2 volts should be maximum or 0.83 mA.
