TPS92518: variation of Vcstx and tOFF

Hello

My Customer had start to design with TPS92518.

Customer think their calc. result of eq(5) in d/s p13 shows big error ( 8%) due to Vcstx and tOFF variation even though  inductor L , Rsence had 0% error.

 ( I don't show the calculation process of result (8%) here, but I can show it if necessary in offline  )

On the other hand, trimming using LEDx_PKTH_DAC for 100% of each device  , is very hard for customer's production line.

 

 

Q1 distribution data

Anyway, can you provide distribution data for following in offline?

* Vcst (245mV(MIN)/255mV(TYP)/165mV(MAX) at LED_PKTH=255  at Ta=25 deg-C

* tOFF  VLEDx=30V/ tOFFxDAC=255   3.2us(MIN)/4.1us(TYP)/4.8us(MAX) at Ta=25 deg-C

 

Q2 condition( confirm)

Is Variation of Vcst, tOFF variation includes  all of  lot to lot  and also temparature(-40 to 150 deg-C) ?
