    Hello Han, When you take a new TLC5970, the factory default values for DC and BC are 7F and therefore you just need to write the data into the GS PWM registers to turn the LEDs on. Please try to input the following data. For FC data, "1111-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000-0001-1111-1111"...
