I would suggest using WEBENCH for this selection.
Go to www.ti.com/switcher
You will see a page that looks like this:
Then use the WEBENCH designer panel on the right to place your input and output requirements. I would also suggest using the FPGA/uP tab in the panel.
The tool will suggest appropriate parts for your requirements.

Your FPGA vendor likely has a recommended design for their FPGA. You can also check our FPGA reference design library at power.ti.com.
