22V input LDO needed

I need a LDO, not switcher

Vin=21V or 22V

Vout=18V

Iout=.2A

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

    I suggest the LM317.
    It is an adjustable regulator; two resistors will be needed to set the output voltage to 18V.

    Hi Angela,

     

    Last August we released the TPS7A4901 which is a 36V tolerant Linear Regulator.  Here is the link : http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tps7a4901.html

    Let me know if you have any questions. This is a very high, wide bandwidth Linear with very low noise.
