TPS7A47 Soft-Start

TPS7A47 datasheet has no information about soft-start time calculation in dependence by Cnr/ss capacitance.

I see Startup time = 65 ms with Cnr = 1uF on Fig.21 (page 9). This is too much for my purpose.

Can i get equation for calculation tss (sotf-start time) ?

    Hi Anton,

    Due to the low noise architecture, the startup equation is much more complex than a more traditional LDO architecture.  We are working on adding an equation to the datasheet.  We will certainly share the equation with you once developed.

    Could you share what your Vin, Vout, and Iout are for your application?

    Hi Ryan,

    For my application Vin = 5.5 V, Vout = 5 V. But i dont understand how to determine Iout in this case ? This is inrush current through Cout and Rload ?
    I can report only a maximum current in steady mode - aprox. 500 mA.
