This is probably a stupid question but I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I have a 3-leg TL750L05. I am applying 9V battery voltage between Input and Common and measuring voltage between Output and Common. I'd expect to see 5V but I'm seeing >7V. When applying 12V to the input, the output measures >10V. Am I missing something?
