High accuracy output voltage

Hello,


I am searching for an high accuracy voltage regulator. This would be used in temperature measurement with thermocouple.

Currently my measurements are able to detect 0.1mV variation.

The output current would be around 10mA (or more if possible!)

I am sorry but a bit lost in the different products.

    Take a look at the TLV717xx family, with an accuracy of 0.5% typical.

    By the sounds of it, you should look at our voltage references to supply the accuracy that you require. The product selection guide for our voltage references is below:
