LM234

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM234

Hello,

I'm using LM234 as a current source in my circuit to supply 1.8mA. By the equations I should use a 38 Ohm R (67.7 mV/38Ohms = 1.78mA), however in the lab I had to use a 120Ohms R to get 1.8mA. Can you please explain why? The circuit is under a basic load (a R and an Opto), at room temperature, and isn't being operated in any strange condition; and I've measured the current in different ways. Why this difference?

Thanks,

Lathom
