Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDO

I need LDO with Ultra-Low Quiescent Current < 10uA

output voltage  = 3V

output max current < 100mA

input voltage 0-8V(or more)

any advices?

    Lukasz,

    We have several different devices that would meet most of those specifications, except for a Vin, min at 0V. Our parametric search is an easy way to try and narrow down to just a few of those choices, and I've input the parameters that you specified in the below search. You can use the add/hide parameters button to narrow down the search more, or search for a different set of parameters.
