My customer has question about TPS7A7200 and TPS7A7100.

My customer are very interesting to evaluate these devices.

Question is as below.

TPS7A7200 and TPS7A7100 have Charge Pump within ICs.

Could you let me know the switching frequency of Charge Pump.

Hi Koji,

The charge pump frequency is around 5MHz. Why did they need to know the switching frequency?

Dear David-san

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

According to my customer, they will use this for FPGA Power.

The FPGA have noise level spec by frequency, so customer would like to know that

Charge Pump frequency meet the FPGA frequency band or not.
