TPS75425QPWPR - design rules for the stencil

Hello,

We had some issues with the assembly of TPS75425QPWPR.

Please see below the feedback from our assembly house:

We assembled  a few units using TPS75433QPWPR

We found that the exposed pad does not connect to the PCB.

See X_RAY photo.

Adding manually solder paste solved the problem.

Please provide the design rules for the stencil.
