TPS51206 VTTREF accuracy for DDR3L

My customer evaluate TPS51206 for DDR3L termination.

There is mentioning of Vref tolerance in data seat P7.

- How much is the Vvttreftot in case of |IVTTREF|<1mA and Vvddq=1.35V?
  (Is it smaller than 49%-50%?)

    Hi Noda,

    Yes, it will comfortably be within 49%-51%.

    From the electrical specification at 10 mA it drops worst case 15 mV or to about 48.89%. From Figure 7 about 5 mV of the change in voltage comes from the regulation across load from 1 mA to 10 mA. This means at 1 mA the worse case should be about a 10 mV drop. A 10 mV drop in VTTREF puts it at about 49.26% worse case.

    Is the same thinking also the shift in + side?
    How much is VTTREF shift in -1mA to -10mA in fig7 ?
