The Rtheta-ja value for LP2998-Q1 is shown in the datasheet: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lp2998-q1.pdf

But TI Thermal Web Page don't support LP2998-Q1.
And I cannot find the way to calculate value of theta-ja.
I would like to reflect theta-ja in the design of layout of 8 layer PCB board.
Is there the way to understand IC's development of fever?
