Hi,all

Now I use UCC283 to regulate DC8.5V-DC8V @2A. I find that CT pin is not pulled up by device.

"If the CT pin is not pulled low, the IC internally pulls up the pin enabling the regulator. The CT pin should not be forced high, as this interferes with the short-circuit-protection feature. Selection of the timing capacitor is explained in Short-Circuit-Protection." I just connect this pin to GND with a 680pF CAP. The output is 0V and the ADJ pin is 0V, I think UCC283 is not working. How can I connect this pin? UCC283 don't need the shut down function.

Could you provide a schematic of how the device is being used? Also have you probed the CT pin?

I have probed CT pin, it still hold GND and no any pulse. The CAP of input and output is 22uF and 100uF. The input voltage is 8.5V, ripple of the input is about 100mV.
