There is no issue. One thing to be aware of in the first sequence is the VTT does not have any internal soft-start so it will ramp up very quickly. It is only limited by the TPS51206's sourcing current limit. VTT has a very high bandwidth so it will come up smoothly but the fast rise time will be a load transient on VDDQ.
