LP38693 VEN vs VIN tendency

Hi,

I'd like to know the VEN(min) at VIN = 6.4V / Full operating temperature range.

Does someone have the VEN(min) spec at the condition above?

or know the good way to assume the spec from the specs below?

In the D/S, VEN(min) is described as follows,

1.8V (min) at VIN = 4V / Full operating temperature range.

3.0V (min) at VIN = 6V / Full operating temperature range.

4.0V (min) at VIN = 10V / Full operating temperature range.

linear interpolation ...

Knowing : 3.0V (min) at VIN = 6V and 4.0V (min) at VIN = 10V, then Ven (min) rises 25mV for every 100mV increase in Vin.

For Vin of 6.4V, Ven (min) = (3.0V + ( 25mV x 4)) = 3.1V

or, since you have two points, use Excel ...

I have a related question, the Ven specs on page 6 of the datasheet don't match the graph in figure 8 on page 9 - which values should I use?

The Min/Max limits in the Electrical Characteristics table are the ensured values for the stated conditions.

The Typical Characteristics graphs are ~typical~, '... the most likely parametric norm ...', and are not ensured.
