Hello Hari,
Most LDOs have an internal voltage reference (some times called "Bandgap Voltage Reference") which is used to determine, along with other circuitry, what the output voltage of the LDO will be, for example TLV717 parts:

"Voltage Tracking" LDOs are a special case of LDOs where there is not an internal voltage reference, instead there is a pin available for the user to provide this reference, such it is the case of TPS7B4250-Q1:
