My customer has question about TPS51200.

My customer considers to use TPS51200 for VTT and VTTREF of MT47H64M16.
MT47H64M16 is specified start-up condition; "VREF tracks VDDQ/2; VREF must be within +/-0.3V with respect to VDDQ/2 during supply ramp time; does not need to be satisfied when ramping power down."
When REFIN voltage is less than 0.39V, REFOUT voltage is not active. So TPS51200 can't support start-up condition until VREFIN=0V to 0.39V.
- Are there any method of support MT47H64M16?
