TPS706 Ground Current (Iq) when output current is low?

Thanks for the quick reply. Figure 10 would indicate that the ground pin current is anywhere from 40uA to 80uA. I have a customer that is interested in a more precise measurement because we are being compared to competitor devices here. It's a battery powered application where a delta of 10uA is huge. Do we have a more precise measure of the ground current when Iout = 20uA, 3.3V ?

This was my mistake, I missed this. I now realize your initial reply was answering what I was asking. I had it in my head they were after 20mA, but it is indeed 20uA, which to your point is very close to the Iq at no load. I'll clarify this with the customer.

Testing is showing that the IQ goes up by 7 to 10uA when the load current is at 20uA(3V3). Is this higher than it should be or within expectations?

I looked at the TPS782 but they require a Vin up to 6V.
