Hi,

My customer is using TPS75301QPWPREP and LP2998QMR/NOPB.
He wants to know thermal resistance of these device.
This thermal resistance is below.
1. Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance
2. Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance
3. Junction-to-top characterization parameter

Could you let me know "Theta JC(top)", "Theta JC(bot)" and "Psi jt" of these device, please?

Hi Shimizu-san,

TPS75301-Q1 is already in OBSOLETE status, and this device is not supported again. Why customer is still using it? Would you please share customer's working conditions, I could recommend another suitable device.

For the LP2998-Q1, I would assign the proper application engineer help on it.

I'm sorry. I mistook about TPS75301.
This is TPS75301-EP(TPS75301QPWPREP).
I will post another forum about TPS75301-EP.

Please support only LP2998-Q1.
I wait the thermal information of LP2998-Q1.
