My customer design TPS51206 under the following condition.
S3 and S5: pull-up to VIN *3.3V
VLDOIN: 1.8V
VDDQSNS: ON/OFF control *1.8V
When VDDQSNS is turned on, high rush current is occured at VTT.
My customer tried to input the slow rise time for VDDQSNS.
And they have succeeded to reduce rush current at VTT.
They consider to use this soft-start method.
Is there any concerns about this usage?
