I'm looking for a part like the LP5907 with 1.5v fixed output (or I can set the output with resistors if need be). The problem is the package size. SOT-23 is too big, I need something a lot smaller (such as the X2SON or the DSBGA). Unfortunately, the LP5907 does not come in fixed 1.5v output in these smaller packages. I did not find a comparable sized adjustable linear regulator either for the specs below at the on-line selection tool. Help!
REQUIREMENTS
Vin = 2.8v
Vout = 1.5v
Iout (max) = 250mA
Linear regulator
VERY small package
No other special requirements other than as listed above (no Enable, Power OK, etc., etc.)
