Close second source for Analog Devices LDO

Trying to find a close second source to Analog Devices , ADP160ACBZ-1.8-R7. Key is Iq at low load current of 1uA where it spends most of the time, then when device wakes up for 20 seconds the load current is 100mA then back to sleep. Therefore the regulator quiescent current should be on the order of the load current for long battery life.

Rick,

Have a look at TPS706 and TPS782 in the SOT23 package. Those are good alternatives.

If you need a chipscale option, TPS727 comes closest to meeting those requirements.

The TPS 727 is attractive but the ground current (7,9uA) is larger than my load current of 800nA.

Anything on your product roadmap that I can look forward too?
