it seems that there isn't any SPICE or TINA model of the TPS79801-Q1

Which is the closest device with a simulation model that can be used for the TPS79801-Q1?

    Hi Domenico,

    We do not have a similar device for simulation, however you could look at the TPS7A16 as a part which could alternatively work for your application - it has a similar voltage/current range and it does have a model.
