TPS7B63-Q1: Does the EN Pin have an internal pull-up or pull-down?

Part Number: TPS7B63-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCAN1043-Q1,

Hello,

I want to drive the EN pin of the TPS7B6350-Q1 device with the INH output of the TCAN1043-Q1. The CAN device's INH output is either driven high to VSUP through an internal high side PFET, or floating.

Therefore I want to know if there is any internal pull-up or pull-down on the TPS7B6350-Q1's EN pin? I couldn't find anything in the datasheet that gave a definitive yes or no. If there is not an internal pull-down resistor or current source, I will need to place an external resistor from the INH output to ground to ensure the net is low in low power mode.

Thanks!

John
