TPS7A4101: Reference resistor values.

I would like to know the resistor values for a Vin of 28V and a Vout of 24V? I could not work the equation (Vref?????) I used Vin and it did not work out for values of R in the spec data sheet page #10.

Found Vref (internal) voltage characteristic (1.173V) but is for 9Vin. Will this work for 28Vin?

Hi Herbert,

The internal reference voltage is one input to the error amp, the other input is FB; therefore, Vref is equal to Vfb when the Vout is at the set voltage. Figure 3 from the datasheet shows Vfb over temperature and input voltage.
