section 11.3.1 of datasheet says that the maximum junction temperature is 125°C.

Hi Nishizawa-san,

Storage temperature maximum is 150C
Tj(max) of recommended : 125℃

There is no Tj(max) of absolute.

Hi Nishizawa-san,

The absolute maximum junction temperature is also 125C. It's not listed in the absolute maximum table but it is mentioned in the application note.
