TPS7A7001: low noise voltage

Hi

Our customer are looking for the low noise LDO. And the requirements is as bellow,

 Vin=0.8~3.3V , Vo = 0.6~1.5V(Adj), Io=2~3A, Noise voltage =6uVrms, 

I think TPS7A7001 is close to this requirement.However Vin_min is not meet and there is no noise voltage specification on the datasheet.

- How much is the output noise voltage for this device?
- Is there any device which is match for this requirements?

    Hello Hamamoto-san,

    Regarding your questions on the TPS7A7001: It looks like this device was not tested for noise spec for the datasheet and thus we would nee to test this value.

    Based on your spec I could find that the TPS74401 is the lowest noise device we have available that can meet 3A output with 0.8V to 5.5V input and output is rated from 0.8V to 3.6V. This is rated for 13uVrms noise. Would this fit your application?
