We have a customer asking the following:

"Hello TI Support,
We recently received a batch of LM120H-15 and it appears that the leads are gold plated. Please let me know what the thickness is of the gold plating in micro inches?
Thanks."

We are not finding this data anywhere, could someone please advise?

I have figured out that the gold plating is a minimum of 30 micro inches.
