Looking for a DC-DC converter with 2 enable pins

Hello,

I'm looking for a DC-DC converter/controller with 2 enable pins, so I can require that in order to enable the output voltage, I'll have both enables activated. I cannot have this logic external to my converter, only integrated in the same IC.

I prefer a Flyback, but also a boost or buck-boost can be OK.

For now, I need only to have a voltage input of 3-5V and don't care about the output voltage and the currents, I just want to know as a first step what are my options.

Thanks

  • Hi Avihai O,

Thanks for your interest in TI. We do not have a DC-DC converter with two integrated enable functions unfortunately. Could you help me understand why an external solution (an external AND gate perhaps) is not acceptable in your application?

We do have a number of reference designs for flyback, boost or buck-boost with 3-5V input range. I would suggest taking a look at this directly for reference power designs. You can search by topology as well as input voltage:www.ti.com/.../refdesignsearchresults.tsp

    Hi,

I finally changed the topology so I'll look according to the new one.

    Thanks,

    Avihai
