supporting circuit for UCC39413

Dear all,

I would like to characterise the working behavior of the UCC39413 voltage boost converter. I use a 0 to 5 V power supply and a triangular voltage profile to characterise the startup and shut-down behavior. But even though I variated the values of supporting capacitors and inductors, the chip is not starting up, and the output voltage is a maximum of 1V.

SD connected to Vin

RESB connected by 100kOhm to Vout

Capacitor (Vin) 10uF to 100uF

Capacitor (VGd) 10uF to 100uF

Capacitor (Vout) 100uF

Capacitor (CT) 47 nF to 150nF

Inductor 10uH to 100uH

Load: unloaded and 180 Ohm

Diode: 5v6 and 15v schottky diode

shutdown via SD to GND works fine: no output voltage.

Any help is appreciated!

Thank you.
