    I took a quick look at the TPS54320 schematics.  You did not supply any design equations, so I only looked for obvious errors or component values that are much lower or higher than typical.  I do notice that your 5 V, 3A supply has only 2 x 22 uF of output capacitance. The supply will regulate with that, but transient performance may not be optimal.

    Hi Tung,

    I review the schematics for TPS53355 and TPS51206. Here is my comments:

    TPS53355: 1. Change R57 from 100k to 147k to set current limit 34A.   2. Change R54 from 34k to 18.7k to set around 10mV ripple voltage at feedback pin to stabilize the loop.  3. Change R? snubber resistor from 0402 package to 0805 package. Please refer to attached spreadsheet for detail component calculation.

    TPS51206: Change C? 0.1uF from pin5 (VTTSNS) of U4, U5, U? to non-populated. Please refer to TPS51206EVM user's guide.

    I do not understand your meaning "You did not supply any design equations".

    Our CPU accept voltage ripple less than 5%. Could you please help review again.

    How did you determine the component values?  I'm sure you used some equations.  If you provide those I will check them.  Otherwise the schematic review is a "visual inspection" to look for obvious errors.

    I did look at that schematic previously and provided my comments.  The TPS54320 is not a part that I directly support, but sometimes I will comment on general topics if I know about them.  usually, it is best to contact your local AFA or FAE to get schematic reviews.
