    Normally you should contact your local TI power specialist for schematic review.  I did take a quick look though.  The circuit of U17 looks ok.  The circuit of U16 should normally use 2.2 uH as L21.  You can probably get by with 3.3 uH but it is not ideal. The U33 circuit looks ok.  I assume D73, C481 and R447 are not populated?  The snubber values look in the normal range, but I would bot see any reason to use D73.  U14 and U41 are using mixed output capaitors.  It is somewhat complicated to design for that case.  How did you determine the compensation values?  It is best to use pspice or other modeling for that.
