We want to design TPS51100 for DDR3L ,but TPS51100 only describe that can support DDR3 in the datasheet ,could TPS51100 support DDR3L
Or if we want to design VTT solution for DDR3l and DDR3 at the same time ,what device can do?

What are your power requirements? Can you tell me Vin, Vdd and Vtt?
Dear John
Thanks for your reply
Currently!! We want to use TPS51100 to replace RT9026 (Richtek) ,It's pin to pin solution ,
RT9026 can support DDR3L of VTTQ (page 5 in the datasheet) ,so we want to confirm TPS51100 can have the same feature and can replace RT9026 directly
My research indicates that DDR3L is low power version of DDR3. For DDR3L, VDDQ = 1.35 V an therefore VTT = 0.65 V. For TPS51100, the minimum VDDQSNS and VLDOIN is 1.2 V, so TPS51100 should work well for DDR3L, but there is no performance data for it, only for DDR (VDDQ = 2.5V) DDR2 (VDDQ = 1.8 V) and DDR3 (VDDQ = 1.5 V)
Hi Kai,
TPS51100 may support DDR3L. But we don't have any test data to support it. TPS51200 and TPS51206 can definitely support DDR3L application. Attached files are test reports. Please review them.
Thanks,
Nancy

Hi Even i have the same doubt and designing a VTT regulator for DDR3L RAM,
John / Kai Hsiao can you please let me know, is TPS51100 working fine in your board?
