Hi,

As we need to design DC-DC converters with specifications given below, we have selected few parts for this application from TI.

Sl No No Input Output Selected TI Part Remarks
1 18-50V, 30A Max 24V, 20A (480W) LM5030MM/NOPB External Switch
2 50-100V, 20A Max 24V, 10A (240W) LM5116MH/NOPB External Switch

For these parts design is not available in WebBench tool. So please let me know how to get the reference design or suggest better alternates which meets the specifications mentioned above.

Since LM5116's absolute maximum rating at SW node is 100V, LM5116 cannot be used for 100V input unless there is zero volt spike. Please double check.

Eric is correct to caution you about the 100V input rating for the LM5116 buck controller.

If you can reduce the maximum Vin a little, filter the Vin pin and snub the SW pin to limit the spike voltages, the LM5116 could cover the 2nd of the two converter requirements.
