I want to ask about iverting output

What do you mean by "20 until 25"?  You might look here for some ideas:

output voltage -20 until -25, i want to convert +5V dc to -20 until -25 DC, could you tell me, what the commponent that can i used. I used the LM2733 to convert +5v to +20V, it's very good, so i want the same componen that quality as goog as lm2733 but convert to -20..., can you help me??

I'm sorry mr. Jhon, I was look for IC TPS 54340., but not it that I mean, not buck, but booster from 5Vdc to -20 until -24Vdc..., any solutions else??

That topology for +5 V input to -20 V output in inverting buck boost, not a boost converter which would take +5V input and be used to make a higher positive output.  TPS54340 can be used for the inverting buck boost application as shown in the previously referenced application note.  Am I missing something?
