Hi,

  I have already done the power design for the TPS65251 with recommended output voltage that is specified in the TI Datasheet.SInce it has three channnels ,able to got the three output voltages.It is working fine.

Now I have to improve the efficiency of the SW Reg output with required output current.For that I am trying to alter the BUCK Channel for the output voltage which is not defined in the datasheet.So,How to calculate the efficiency of the SW Reg with customized output voltage?

    It is not easy to calculate the efficiency.  To increase the efficiency, in general you will want to choose o low operating frequency.  That will minimize switching losses.  The tradeoff is that a larger inductor is required which may have higher DCR losses.  You will want to choose the lowest switching frequency that will support the package size of the inductor you want to use.  There is an evaluation module available.  You can experiment with it to  optimize your design.
