Hello,
I am wondering what is the the difference between the different suffixes in the end of the PN?
TPS62420DRC
TPS62420DRCR
TPS62420DRCRG
TPS62420DRCT
TPS62420DRCTG4
Thanks,
Belenie

This is down in the details. The part works the same, no matter what those last letters are.
It all relates to what the orderable part number is. The first part number (without any suffixes) is not an orderable part.
The T or R denotes the size of the reel. See the 'packaging information' at the end of the D/S or the product page: http://www.ti.com/product/TPS62420/samplebuy
The G or G4 relates to lead free, etc. If you click on the quality tab on the above link and then on view details, that page explains it all. It says: PN Type indicates whether a part number is a "Pb-Free" unique PN or a standard TI PN. If you need to order RoHS & high-temp compatible parts and don't want to hassle with date codes, use the "Pb-Free" unique PN when placing orders.
The G4 device is a unique part number which is, by definition, lead free and RoHS.
