I am wondering how to use TPS51116 to meet LPDDR3 voltage ramp requriements as in attached image?
Please let me know if you any reference designs to power LPDDR3?
Many thanks.
David.

I'm on vacation for the holiday. TPS51116 is typically used to generate VDDQ and VTT. Your table lists VDD1, VDD2, VDDCA as well as VDDQ. Can you tell me which rails you are going to generate with TPS51116? Where wil teh other voltages be derived? If the answer is more or less simple I can respond this week, otherwise next week if I have to do a lot of research
Many thanks for your answer.
We are planing to use TI chip to power our LPDDR3 properly.
If it is possible, would you help us find the reference design for powering Micron LPDDR3 by TI chips?
Many thanks.
David.
What are your Vin, Vout and Iout requirements? That is how our reference designs are generally sorted.
