Would like to use TPS62125 for 5.5V to -5V/300MA.

Can Iget recommended design as the webanch cant support it?

The app note was updated more recently than the D/S, so use its circuit.

But the TPS62125 will not give 300 mA output as an inverter. I recommend the TPS62160 with its inverter app note on its product page instead.

Webench does not support the inverting configuration yet.

2) You meant inverter application example as in the d/s fig.41?

What is the output current of this application example?

Any inverting buck-boost will have a reduced current as compared to the same buck converter circuit.

The circuit in the D/S says 150 mA. The app note is more conservative and gives 120 mA. The app note contains a detailed discussion of this circuit. Thus, the D/S refers to it.
