TPS53355 / Efficiency in the datasheet

Hello,

Could you please let me know the schematics that tested the Efficiency(Figure14~20) in the datasheet?
I would like to know whether there is the snubber or not.

Most likely the snubber components are not populated for efficiency testing. That is the usual method as published efficiency will be higher with no snubber. It may not be possible to get a definite answer at this time as the data was collected over 3 years ago.
