LM3150 - Output current issue

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3150

We have made 24V to 12V voltage Regulator based on LM3150. The voltage Regulator should be able to deliver 6 A Output current, but it works only stable up to 0.7 A. Also the Output voltage is around 4% higher as calculated.

During my test I can increase the Output current with higher value for Ron, higher inductor and higher capacitive for Cr and Cac. With these modifications I get 6 A Output current (stable), but with 400mV Output ripple (caused on the low frequency, so this is the wrong way).

Our schematic and BOM is like attached WEBENCH Design Report. Have anybody an idea?
