100% duty cycle with HV controllers

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5088, LM5069, LM5060, LM5118

I found a nice document (SLVA444, Providing Continuous Gate Drive Using a Charge Pump) with idea how to achieve 100% duty cycle with controllers that use N-channel mosfet as a switch. I'm wondering if anyone aware of a similar document which address charge pump that is connected directly to the Vin (looks like a common practice in hot-swap controllers and protection controllers such as LM5060, LM5069 etc.). I'd like to achieve 100% duty cycle with LM5088 buck or eventually LM5118 buck-boost if such thing is possible at all.
