TPS62730 Vout jump

Does this mean, everything (VIN, ON/BYP, ...) is stable and silent while VOUT changes?
What is your input voltage?
Is there a layout drawing you can post?

I currently don't have the layout with me (I'll post them when I can).
The board was powered by 2 AA batteries (currently both deliver 2.93V) without additional supply.
As far as I can test without breaking the board (we have TP on Vout only.. ) all voltages that depend on Vout are jumping at once & input voltage is constant.

I should note that this happens while the leg ON/BYP is in '1'.

It is very important to measure the waveforms close to the device to isolate the behavior of the DC/DC. Here it's important to understand what VOUT directly after the converter as well as the ON/BYP signal at the device

The ON/BYP jumps with the Vout since it is derived from it.

From what I understood above, the ON/BYP signal is externally controlled. What do you mean to say by its derived from VOUT?
