TPS61041 Drop In Replacement

may i know which kind of over-stressing issue have you met in TPS61041?

Hi Jasper,

The device is failing with the following:
Vin: 5 to 5.7V
Vout: 24V
Iout: 60mA

We would also like to meet the following requirements for a future application with the same part:
Vin: 5 to 5.7V
Vout: 12.5V
Iout: 180mA

Are there any parts you suggest as a drop in replacement for the TPS61041?

hi Nabeel

we are designing TPS61046 which could support the output current.  the device will RTM at this April and its package is CSP. it integrate the rectified diode. if it is OK for you, i can send you pre-datasheet by email. if not, you can have a look at TPS61170, which also meet the requirement.

I appreciate the suggestions, but we are specifically looking for a (SOT-23(5)) replacement. Will the  LMR64010, LM27313 or LM2733 work?

LMR64010, LM27313 or LM2733 look meet the customer's requirement. but these devices is not belong to our team. and i have little knowledge about them. maybe you can post a new question with these part number in the title.

just my curious, why customer need SOT-23 package, not smaller  size solution.
