My customer use Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26G, ICCmax:38A) and design with TPS51620 Vcore IC.
They found if the CPU cx-state is ON, then the system will hang on while the system resume from c3 to c0.
If they turn off cx-state function, system will not hang on!
They had tried to add 4 additional Cap. in parallel with output side but still fail.

Is there anyone can give me some idea for debug?
